Our approach.
The three-year rolling process ensures that all aspects of health and safety are assessed at property level in order to achieve best-practice, internationally-accepted standards.
A tailored approach allows properties and property groups of all sizes to be assessed, from individual villas, chalets, houses and vacation homes through to hotels, resorts and larger chains. A proportionate analysis will be provided to each organisation, relevant to its size, location/s and the type and style of the property or properties.
Having assessed the most appropriate approach, we will begin the audit cycle as follows:

- Extended Self-Assessment Audit including gap analysis and targeted feedback on any major or minor non-conformities
- Action plan
Year Two
- Standard Self-Assessment
- Video interview with senior management
- Mini-audit and action plan
Year Three
- Virtual assessment including video walk around
- Mini-audit and action plan

This process will demonstrate robust due diligence against internationally accepted standards of accommodation safety. It will give owners and managers the tools to identify non-conformities and clear plans to make improvements.
Mitigate Risks
The audit reports will enable accommodations to implement internal Safety Management Systems to control risks and we will provide advice on best-practice safety procedures where gaps are identified.
Cost Effective
As we are conducting our assessments on a remote basis, we can keep our fees at a very competitive level. We do offer the option of physical inspections, however in order to operate as sustainably as possible, we prefer to keep our carbon impact to a minimum.
